The (not as exciting, but very) Important Stuff

• Yay! We can’t wait to begin your Hen Flow Yoga Experience. Please be advised that your health and safety are of our Chicks UTMOST priority. Because of that, we ask for the same consideration from you and your party.

• Hen Flow guests that are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in physical contact with someone who has COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to your party are respectfully requested to not attend.

• Be mindful of your body. We are a yoga-based event. If you have any injuries or ailments that will prevent you from participating, please make your yoga instructor aware so that they may offer you modifications that will still make your body feel delicious and your spirit included. Hen Flow Yoga will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur during your Experience.

• For certain Experience packages, we do offer deliciously crafted mimosas. Anyone attending a Hen Flow Experience that appears to be under the age of 30 will be checked for the proper identification. Anyone under the age of 21 drinking alcohol will sadly require us to stop your Experience earlier than your designated end-time.

• With that said, we want you to enjoy your yummy drinks! We are all adults, so please be mindful of your alcohol consumption and respect your Bride, the Hen Flow Chicks, and the space in which your Experience is taking place.

• Hen Flow Yoga does not condone drinking and driving and ask that any guest that will be consuming alcohol at our event arrange for appropriate transportation afterwards. Hen Flow Yoga will not be held responsible for any actions of guests once leaving our Experience space.

During your appointment

• Dress ready to move! Athleisure chic is our dress code because we will be moving our bodies through yoga and sitting/reclining for our meditation session, but we know you want to look snazzy for the photography session!

• Please do not arrive to the Hen Flow studio until your Experience start time. We proudly partner with Peerspace hosts, and we want to make sure each space is perfectly ready for you by the time you arrive. The look on your face when you walk through the door is so worth it!

• Respect your allotted amount of time for your party. We know our events can be so magical you don’t want it to end, but that’s why we offer party packages with varying time frames!

• We are here to make sure YOU have an Experience to remember and support playfulness and vulnerability throughout your time with us. Our Chicks have decades of professional healing work between us, so we will ensure this is a safe space for you to move through whatever it is you do.
